We currently offer fresh vegetables, leafy vegetables, fruits and dry-fruits. We do have planned to expand our product and service profile to other daily needs of the households like grocery, fish, egg, meat and home repair, maintenance and services like plumbing, laundry services etc.

  1. First visit our website, www.bazaarfresh.in
  2. On the website, you will find different categories for ease of selection.
  3. From the categories like fruits and vegetables, select the appropriate products and add the products to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart” button. You can select the quantity and package size as well during the order process.
  4. Once you complete your selection of products, simply click on the check out.
  5. Select the payment method.
  6. We will deliver the order to your doorstep and collect payment on delivery.

Go to our website www.bazaarfresh.in. Click the register button. Enter your e-mail ID and password and your account will be created and you will sign into your account. Once you log into your account, you can update your address.

One time registration will ensure you that no need to enter your shipping address every time you order. You can check your order history, payments history etc. You will also get different promotional offer time to time on your account.

Q: What is the timing for placing order?

24 x 7 for Online/WhatsApp order and 10.00 AM to 8 PM over phone from Tuesday to Sunday.

Q: What is the Cut-off time for placing order?

For next day delivery the order cut-off time is 8 PM.

Q: Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

The minimum order value for delivery is Rs250/-. We don’t charge any delivery charges.

Q: Do you accept bulk order?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders from canteen, mess, hostels, restaurants, institutions, party, function etc.

Q: How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will get confirmation on placing order online by e-mail and website and for phone/whatsapp order you will get sms/whatsapp confirmation.

Q: Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can still modify your order once it has been placed before cut off time. However, after the order has been dispatched no further changes can be made. In case you wish to remove certain products from the order, there always is an option of returning the products during delivery. In case you wish to order some additional products, you can always proceed placing a new order.

Q: What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

Sometimes, when the products ordered by you may be out of stock. In such situations, we will deduct the amount of such product from the billing amount and bill will be adjusted during Delivery.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order before it starts for delivery.

Q: How can I pay for my Bazaar Fresh orders?

You can pay in different mode of payment like online payment, Cash on Delivery, Card (Debit/Credit Card) and Paytm.

Q: Which credit / debit cards do you accept on Card on Delivery?

We accept only Visa, Master Card and RuPay.

Q: Whether an invoice will be raised against my order?

Yes. You will receive an Invoice on delivery of the products.

There are no hidden charges for transaction with bazaar fresh.

Q: When does Bazaar Fresh deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered in the very next day of placing your order, if the order is placed before 8.00pm e.g. the Cut Off time for placing order for the next day delivery. Currently we are delivering the order on weekly twice basis to your location and it is better to order day before your area’s delivery day.

Q: What is the delivery timing?

Our delivery timing is from 17.30 Hours to 22.00 Hours. If at all due to some unforeseen circumstances your order is not delivered, the same will be intimated to you and the order will be delivered on the very next day morning.
