Q: Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

The minimum order value for delivery is Rs250/-. We don’t charge any delivery charges.

Yes, we do accept bulk orders from canteen, mess, hostels, restaurants, institutions, party, function etc.

Q: How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will get confirmation on placing order online by e-mail and website and for phone/whatsapp order you will get sms/whatsapp confirmation.

Q: Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can still modify your order once it has been placed before cut off time. However, after the order has been dispatched no further changes can be made. In case you wish to remove certain products from the order, there always is an option of returning the products during delivery. In case you wish to order some additional products, you can always proceed placing a new order.

Q: What if products ordered by me are out of stock?

Sometimes, when the products ordered by you may be out of stock. In such situations, we will deduct the amount of such product from the billing amount and bill will be adjusted during Delivery.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order before it starts for delivery. Post dispatch if you cancel the order a cancellation charge of Rs45/- will be levied.

We are accepting online pre-payment only.

We accept only Visa, Master Card and RuPay.

Q: Whether an invoice will be raised against my order?

Yes. You will receive an Invoice on delivery of the products.

Your order will be delivered sameday between 9am to 6pm depending upon your order placing. We will try our best to deliver your order within 2hours if you place order between 9am to 4pm.

Q: What is the delivery timing?

Our delivery timing is from 10:30 Hours to 17:30 Hours. If at all due to some unforeseen circumstances your order is not delivered, the same will be intimated to you and the order will be delivered on the very next day morning.
