Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation
We always put our efforts and committed to supply the qualitative & fresh products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with any of our product(s), you can cancel the consignment and demand refunds.
You can cancel your order over phone call to the customer care number. But once the order is dispatched from the warehouse, it will be cancelled by imposing a nominal cancellation charge of Rs45/- only. And you will get refund of your payment by deducting cancellation charge after 3days of placing of order.
Our customers can return the product(s) during delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. And the adjustments to the order value will be done accordingly. As our products are perishable in nature, please check the quality of product during delivery, and if at all you are not satisfied, you could return to our delivery boys and the amount will be refunded to your account only, otherwise the item will be provided to you in your next order if you wish for.
The customers who are using our wallet, the refund may be done to the wallet only.
