Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to deliver orders in time, which are of better quality and properly packaged. Upon receiving an order, it will be informed to warehouse to process the order and packed properly for delivery. Delivery agent has been informed to pick the order from warehouse for deliver the order to the shipping address. We further request our customers to kindly guide the delivery agent in locating and reaching the delivery location over phone, if the delivery agent is not able trace. Once the order has been shipped for delivery an intimation either through mail or message will be made to the customer. All orders placed before 5pm will be delivered same day, if there is any problem of delivery, it will be intimated to the customer over phone. Free Shipping is allowed only to the orders with Rs1500/- and above cart value. Except that all orders are chargeable.
